Roya Mehrpoor

Roya Mehrpoor is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in sustainability, urban planning, and education. Currently serving as a Sustainability Intern at the City of Monash since July 2024, Roya also holds a position as Third in Charge at Overland Footwear Group since October 2022, where responsibilities include training and supporting team members. Previous roles include Urban Planner at SMART Town Planning Pty Ltd, Summer Intern at Woop Woop for Nature, and Designer of Urban Spaces at Tehran Municipality. Additionally, Roya has experience as an English Language Instructor and Mathematics Physics Teacher, demonstrating strong educational skills. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability at Monash University, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Studies from Shiraz University, Roya showcases a robust academic and professional foundation in sustainable practices and urban development.
