Yael Rimon

Yael Rimon serves as the VP of HR at Oversee (formerly FairFly) since January 2023, leading HR strategies for a company recognized for its AI-powered travel spend optimization solutions. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Jolt.io as VP of Human Resources, where Yael successfully managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across multiple regions. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at StuccoMedia, Digital Project Manager for the "Yesh Atid" political campaign, and various positions focusing on vocational counseling and instruction development. Yael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University and completed the HR Multi Lab program at QUATRO Leadership Lab.
