Adam Simmons

Adam Simmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Delivery Project Manager at Oversight since July 2022, Adam previously held the role of HR Business Partner for the City of Chattanooga. Adam's background includes significant HR contributions at Amazon.com as a Senior HR Assistant, where oversight of human resource functions and full cycle hiring processes was paramount. Prior to that, Adam gained invaluable experience at Southern Company, advancing through various HR positions and focusing on employee data analysis and compliance improvements. Adam's career began at Georgia Power Company, where foundational skills in customer service and safety initiatives were developed. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Clayton State University, completed in 2011.
