Megan Howe

Megan Howe is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in revenue growth and sales strategy. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Oversight since November 2022, Megan previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Alessa, by Tier1 Financial Solutions. Prior roles at Oversight included Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales. Additionally, Megan spent nearly a decade at Paycom, where positions included Sr. Executive Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Texas Area Sales Manager, and Outside Sales Representative. Megan holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University and completed further education at Harvard Business School from 2019 to 2021.
