Terrence McCrossan began their career in 2004 at ADP, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Division Vice President and General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of over 200 people and overseeing the implementation of 50 new enterprise client relationships. Terrence grew the business from $1M to $30M in live processing revenue and $60M in annual contracted revenue within 24 months.
In 2014, McCrossan left ADP to become CEO at Oversight. At Oversight, they have continued to grow the company and drive continuous improvement. Terrence has led the definition and scaling of client service models, led business readiness efforts associated with an Agile product development process, and led the Net Promoter (client experience) program for the company. Under their leadership, Oversight has become a leader in the industry, with a strong national presence.
Terrence McCrossan has an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Wake Forest University School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Government from Villanova University.
