Megan Reed has had a long and distinguished career in Human Resources. Megan began their career at IBM in 2001, where they served in various roles, including Global Head of IBM Learning Solutions, Global HR Executive, Regional HR Executive for the Asia Pacific + Japan + Greater China Group, Global Diversity & Inclusion Executive, Business Operations Leader, Senior HR, Training & Communications Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. In 2019, they joined TOA Global as Chief People Officer, where they were responsible for making culture, people and processes consistent, inclusive, inspiring and best practice. Megan also co-designed and launched TOA Global Academy, a Registered Training Organisation. In 2021, they became the Lead Partner at Griffith University and in 2022, they were appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at oVice, Inc.
