Paul Binder

Paul Binder has accumulated a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles throughout their career. Paul started as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Reed in 2005 and eventually became a Director at Harvey Thomas where they were responsible for building and leading the organization. Paul also held roles at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd, Childbase Partnership Ltd, Carlsberg Group, and Office Depot UK before becoming a Recruitment Manager UK&I at Aurelius Investments in 2019. In 2022, they took on the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Oviva.

Paul Binder attended Wollaston but did not complete a degree there. Paul then pursued Information Technology and Business at Waterford Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2001. Later, they graduated with a 2:1 degree in Psychology from the University of Northampton in 2005.
