Caroline Edwards is a product lead with extensive experience in various roles across the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at OVO since April 2024, Caroline previously held similar positions at 7digital and Vodafone Business, as well as leadership roles at BT and RBS. Notable contributions include facilitating a VoIP transformation project for Dimension Data at Barclays, affecting over 20,000 users.
