Sarah Woods

Sarah Woods currently serves as an Aspiring Talent Lead at OVO since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah accumulated nearly 20 years of experience at Direct Line Group, where various positions included Early Careers Programme Management as a Career Development Consultant, overseeing apprenticeship programmes and workforce development. Additional roles involved project-focused capabilities in Telematics training solutions, learning delivery within Customer Operations, team leadership, and training management for a large-scale sales initiative. Sarah's early career began as a Specialist Sales Consultant, focusing on customer relations and retention. Education was completed at The Hayfield School from 1999 to 2003.
