Cho Zin Tun has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cho Zin began their career at Roche in 2010 as a Company Secretary, where they were responsible for administrative duties and greeting visitors. Cho Zin then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Executive, providing support to the HR department. In 2014, they joined Telenor, initially serving as an HR Services professional, managing personnel records and insurance plans. Cho Zin later became an HR Business Partner & Mobility Management, overseeing recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and performance management. Cho Zin Tun then moved on to DKSH in 2017, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in People & Organization Partnering, managing HR costs, trainings, engagement, and performance management, among others. Currently, they hold a senior position at Oway.com.mm, starting as the Manager of HR Business Partner and progressing to Vice President and then Senior Vice President, overseeing the company's people strategies.
Cho Zin Tun has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Cho Zin also has a diploma in English from YUFL, and a Bachelor of Arts in German from YUFL. In addition, they completed a certificate in Human Resources Management from Everup and studied Strategic Human Resources Management at ABE UK.
