Harsh Nathany has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Harsh started their career as a Marketing and Sales Executive at Hard Weld in 2009 before moving on to work as a Collections Officer at HSBC from 2010 to 2012. Harsh then returned to Hard Weld as the Head of Marketing and Sales, where they managed a team of 10 individuals and focused on marketing strategies and operations management.

Most recently, Harsh held the position of Executive Vice President at Oway.com.mm, where they were the business head of the overall travel business, including the OTA platform.
