Chad Vortherms

Chad Vortherms has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Chad started their career at Demco as a Drafter/Designer in 1997 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2015, they worked at Sioux Automation, starting as an Ag Designer and moving up to the positions of Engineering Manager and Operations Manager. In 2015, they joined Missouri Valley Steel as an Assistant General Manager for a brief period before moving to Link Manufacturing as an Assistant Product Manager. Since 2016, they have been working at Owen Industries as the Vice President & General Manager of MVS Metals.

Chad Vortherms completed an Associates of Arts & Manufacturing Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Northwest Iowa Community College from 1997 to 1999. Before that, they studied Architectural Engineering at Southeast Tech from 1996 to 1997. Prior to their time at Southeast Tech, Chad pursued General Studies at Northwest Missouri State University from 1995 to 1996.
