Brian Schmitz

Brian Schmitz, CEP, serves as the Executive Compensation Leader at Owens Corning since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Executive Compensation Manager at Doma (formerly States Title), where responsibilities included the implementation of the equity incentive program and management of the Board of Director Compensation program. With extensive experience at Fifth Third Bank, Brian progressed from Executive Compensation Analyst to Senior Consultant, managing executive compensation plans, conducting CEO Pay Ratio calculations, and collaborating with compensation committees. Brian's career also includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble and JPMorgan Chase & Co., highlighting expertise in benefits finance, stock plan administration, and hedge fund services. Brian holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Eastern Kentucky University.
