Kam Hutchinson

Kam Hutchinson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Owens Corning since October 2021. Hutchinson has also held roles such as Head of Talent Operations for North America and Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader, showcasing a strong leadership background. Prior to Owens Corning, Hutchinson worked at Bain & Company as Human Resources Recruiting Manager and at Whirlpool Corporation in several capacities, including Manager of Global Learning & Development/Diversity & Inclusion and Sr. Recruiter for Leadership Development Programs. Earlier career experiences include roles at Lakeland Health, Unilever, and KPMG US, focusing on recruitment strategy, HR processes, and candidate management.
