Kristopher Charles

Kristopher Charles, MBA, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and technical operations, currently serving as the Customer Interactions Product Owner at Owens Corning since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kristopher held various leadership positions at Buckeye Broadband from March 2016 to October 2023, including Director of Customer Experience Operations and Director of Call Center Operations. Kristopher's career in technical and product development began at Buckeye CableSystem, where responsibilities included product development, technical operations management, and service technician roles. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information System Technician in the US Navy from February 2003 to October 2006. Kristopher holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Toledo.
