Tom Luckermans

Tom Luckermans has a strong background in HRIS and SAP HR consulting, with experience spanning over 17 years. Tom is currently working as the HRIS Lead Europe at Owens Corning. Prior to this role, they served as a HRIS Business Analyst at Carmeuse Group. Tom has also worked as a Business Analyst at FMSB - FSMB and as a SAP HR Consultant at HR Rail, YOU Consulting, BASF, Infrabel, NMBS, Eandis, and Capgemini. Tom's expertise lies in HRIS systems and SAP HR implementation and consulting.

Tom Luckermans completed their education at KU Leuven, where they earned two master's degrees. From 2001 to 2005, they pursued a master's degree in Applied Economics. Subsequently, in 2005-2006, they obtained another master's degree in Information Management. Tom's educational background also includes a certification as a Gold Medal Member from Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, which they received in November 2020.
