Frank Lema

Frank Lema is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in new product development and complex system design. Since 1994, Lema has served as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Owens Design, focusing on the creation of mature mechanical systems from concept to delivery, while also providing manufacturing support and CAD administration. Prior to this role, Lema worked as an Independent Contractor from 1990 to 1994, collaborating with automation firms in various industries, including semiconductor and medical. Lema's career began as a Project Engineer at Machine Development Co. Inc. from 1980 to 1990, where responsibilities included the concept, design, and installation of systems for notable clients such as Gillette, 3M, and General Electric.
