Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco has extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership within the glass manufacturing industry at O-I since January 2013. Currently serving as NA Contract Compliance Manager, Carlos supports four manufacturing plants in North America and manages relationships with over 20 major customers, including MolsonCoors and Diageo. Previous roles include Area Quality Manager and various Category Quality Manager positions, where achievements included significant reductions in labor and quality costs and enhancements in production efficiency. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, a Quality Management degree, and an Engineering degree in Electronics, demonstrating a strong educational foundation to complement a successful professional career.
