MacKenzie Arriaga

Mackenzie Arriaga is an experienced IT Analyst at O-I since January 2019, following a diverse background in retail and tax preparation roles. Prior to O-I, Mackenzie held various positions at Gap from May 2015 to December 2018, including Assistant Manager, Specialist, and Acting Lead, where responsibilities involved team leadership, visual merchandising, and enhancing customer service. Mackenzie also worked as a Tax Intern at Rehmann and gained foundational skills in customer service and inventory management as a Sales Associate at Pills and Packages Pharmacy and Gap. Mackenzie holds a degree from The University of Toledo, earned between 2014 and 2018.
