Michelle Handler

Michelle Handler is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in leadership and employee relations. Currently serving as the People & Culture Leader at O-I since July 2019, Michelle previously held various roles in human resources, including Executive Director and HR Director at The Toledo Clinic and HR Director for Logistics and Healthcare at Honeywell. With early experience as an HR Generalist at GE and in employee benefits at Delphi Automotive Systems, Michelle has developed a comprehensive skill set over more than two decades in the field. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care from the University of Michigan.
