Michelle W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as community engagement. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Learning, Inclusion & Community Engagement at Owens & Minor, Michelle has a proven track record in strategic planning, process improvement, and developing results-oriented learning programs. Previous roles include Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Community Outreach at Versiti Inc. and Co-Founder of FamVested LLC, a family-owned real estate organization. Michelle holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, complemented by diverse educational experiences, including study abroad in European Business.
