Tajuana LaQuicia Ryder, PhD, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Global Learning & Development for Continuous Improvement at Owens & Minor since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tajuana held various positions at Versiti Inc. from March 2018 to May 2022, including Continuous Improvement Advisor, where Tajuana focused on fostering a culture of improvement and developing problem-solving capabilities. Tajuana also contributed as Co-President of the Multicultural Leadership Council, promoting equity and inclusion in blood health services. Tajuana's tenure at Indiana Blood Center from April 2006 to March 2018 encompassed the role of Blood Operations Manager, overseeing multiple blood collection sites and teams while prioritizing quality control. Tajuana holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and an MSM in Health Care Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
