Marina Nekhay

Marina Nekhay has extensive work experience in the field of project management, IT audit, and consultancy. Marina started their career in 2010 as a Controller at Dornier Consulting GmbH. Marina then joined HSH Nordbank as an External Consultant from March 2012 to April 2014. Marina also worked as an External Consultant at Deutsche Bank from April 2014 to March 2015. After that, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions GmbH in September 2011 as a Consultant/Business Analyst and worked there until April 2016. Marina then served as an External Business Analyst at the European Central Bank from November 2015 to April 2016. Marina held the role of Tester Sonderkredite (External Consultant) at NORD/LB from May 2016 to February 2017. Marina was also a Subproject Manager/Test Manager/Tester (External Consultant) at VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG from March 2017 to February 2018. Marina then joined Deutsche Bank as a Project Management Office/Testmanager (External Consultant) from March 2018 to September 2019. Marina's most recent role was at FINCON Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where they worked as a Subproject Manager/Test Manager/Tester (Senior Associate) from April 2016 to December 2020. Currently, Marina is working at VTB Bank (Europe) SE as an IT Audit/IT Project Manager (Associate Director) since January 2021.

Marina Nekhay completed their education at the University of Applied Sciences, Berlin from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and International Management. Prior to that, they attended Kuban State University in Krasnodar from 2004 to 2010, where they studied International Economy. Additionally, Marina has obtained various certifications including Professional SCRUM Master I from Scrum.org and Certified Project Management Associate IPMA from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V.
