Eugene Popov

Eugene Popov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering across various technology domains. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Owl Labs since March 2022, Eugene previously held several key roles at TiVo from March 2015 to March 2022, including Program Director for International Engineering, where management of IPTV deployments in multiple LATAM countries was a primary responsibility. Earlier positions included Senior Program Manager for International Engineering and Senior Software QA Manager, where leadership of QA teams and innovations in quality assurance processes significantly enhanced product quality and release efficiency. Prior to TiVo, Eugene managed engineering projects at The Product Engine, Inc., contributed to software engineering at CS Odessa, Ltd., and served as a network administrator at TeNeT. Eugene holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Odessa National Polytechnic University and a BS in Computer Science from Odessa Technical College.
