Kayt Racz is a seasoned content and communications professional with extensive experience in strategic content management and storytelling across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Content at Owl Labs since April 2021, Kayt develops and executes content strategies to drive qualified leads. Previous roles include Content Strategist and Creator at Racz Strategic Communications, and Director of Creative Storytelling at MassMutual, where Kayt led creative and marketing functions while managing a team to align deliverables with company goals. With a background at Microsoft, Kayt oversaw global public affairs content strategies and managed significant paid campaigns. Kayt holds a BA in Communications from Colby-Sawyer College.
