With extensive experience in various positions at universities and research institutions, Dr Tawfike is currently a Senior Scientist in Research and Development Analytical Science at Owlstone Medical. Their expertise includes isolation and structure elucidation of natural compounds from different plants, as well as utilizing metabolomics in drug discovery methodologies.
