Brian Marzo

Brian Marzo has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Operations Associate at the University of Delaware in 2014. Brian then worked as a Business Analyst at WebMD in 2014, followed by a Control Officer at the Shelter Island Town Police Department in 2015. In 2016, they were hired as an Account Executive at RTM Business Group, and quickly moved up to Sales Manager in 2018. In 2020, they were promoted to Head of Sales, where they were responsible for overseeing all revenue-related activities and building the sales technology stack from scratch. Brian also helped the company to go from 6 figures to 8 figures in 3 years, improved client retention to over 90%, and increased ACV by 30%. In 2020, they also joined Pavilion as an Executive Member, and graduated from Frontline Manager School in October 2021. Finally, they are currently the Owner of a Sales company.

Brian Marzo obtained their Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management and Operations from the University of Delaware. Brian also has two additional certifications, a Fractional Sales Leadership Course from Pavilion obtained in July 2022, and a Frontline Manager School from Pavilion obtained in October 2021. Prior to this, they attended Chaminade High School.
