Andrey Koltochnik

Andrey Koltochnik is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in technology and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ownera since January 2021, Andrey also co-founded Viaphone Payments LLC, where the role of CTO is held since November 2015. Prior experience includes founding Aitec.one as CTO from September 2017 to January 2021 and serving as Head of Trading System Development at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange from March 2011 to June 2016, where Andrey led the development of a new Java-based trading system. Additional roles include Head of Software Development at Universal.kz and Java Developer at SmartPhone Labs LLC. Andrey holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Software Engineering from Saint Petersburg State University.
