Mike Fiala

Mike Fiala has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Mike served as the Vice President of Administration at Owner's Management Company since March 2020. From August 2015 to March 2020, they held the position of Vice President of Agency Operations at Althans Insurance Agency, Inc. Prior to that, Mike worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as a Senior Specialty Underwriter from October 2012 to July 2015. Mike also worked as an Executive Protection Underwriter at Chubb from December 2009 to November 2012.

Mike Fiala completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from The Ohio State University. Mike pursued this degree from the year 2000 to 2004. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from John Carroll University. Mike attended John Carroll University from the year 2007 to 2009.
