Ally Wentzell

Ally Wentzell has a diverse work experience in various roles in talent acquisition. In 2017, they worked as an Account Coordinator at The Boelter Companies. In 2019, they joined Johnson Controls as a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator on contract. Later that year, they moved to Penrod, where they held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Their responsibilities at Penrod included optimizing the Greenhouse ATS system, integrating additional software, developing effective recruitment processes, tracking KPIs, building and leading a Talent Acquisition team, and creating an interview training guide. Currently, they are the Office Manager at Ownwell, a position they started in 2023.

Ally Wentzell attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a focus on Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas. In 2015, they also briefly studied at Universitat d'Alacant; however, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this experience.
