Cliff Vince has extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in chassis engineering and design. Cliff currently works as the Chief Engineer at OX, where they lead a team in creating an electric vehicle variant of the OX vehicle, emphasizing simple construction and manufacturability. Prior to this, Cliff worked at VINFAST LLC as the Chassis Engineering Director, where they built and managed a team of engineers to develop various vehicle platforms, including eBuses, small and mid-large sedan/SUV platforms. Cliff Vince began their education at Coundon Court Comprehensive School in Coventry, where they completed their secondary education from 1972 to 1977. After finishing school, they pursued a Craft Apprenticeship at Alvis, Ltd. from 1977 to 1981. During the same period, they also attended Coventry College to complete City & Guilds Engineering Craft Studies, parts 1, 2 & 3.

In 1981, Cliff continued their studies at Coventry College, earning an Ordinary National Certificate in Engineering until 1983. Cliff furthered their education at the same institution and received a Higher National Certificate in Engineering from 1983 to 1988.

Cliff Vince concluded their formal education at Coventry University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from 2003 to 2008.
