Alex Tame

Alex Tame is an experienced professional in Intellectual Property (IP) management and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Licensing & IP Management at Oxa since November 2019. Previously, Alex held the role of Managing Director at Coller IP, focusing on best practice IP management for a diverse clientele, and founded Tame IP Ltd, providing outsourced IP management services to high-tech startups. Alex's extensive background includes over 15 years at Vodafone in various roles, culminating as Group Intellectual Property Rights Manager, where responsibilities included shaping global IPR strategy and protecting innovation. Alex has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons from Solent University and additional studies at Harvard Business School.
