Aline Quintana

Aline Quintana, CPA, CFE, CFCS has held various roles throughout their career. Aline began as a Manager at EY, specializing in Forensic & Integrity Services and Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services. In these roles, they assisted global and multinational companies in investigating various financial crimes and provided expertise in financial and accounting services, internal controls, due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance. Aline also managed team members from different backgrounds and experiences.

In 2019, they joined Brookfield Asset Management as a Manager of Internal Audit, where they oversaw the global Conduct & Ethics Reporting process. This included managing allegations intake and investigation processes across all regions where Brookfield operates.

From 2020 to 2023, Aline served as the Senior Manager at MindBridge, leading the advisory team in implementing MindBridge's technology for audit and enterprise customers. Aline provided subject matter expertise to digitally transform audit and enterprise functions such as finance, internal controls, risk management, and internal audit.

Starting in 2023, Aline will take on the role of Director of Advisory | Internal Audit at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. However, beginning July 1, 2023, the company will be known as OXARO Inc.

Aline Quintana, CPA, CFE, CFCS holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Aline also has a Certificate of Proficiency in French from McGill University and completed a Cours Intensif in French at Université Grenoble Alpes. Aline has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci. Aline is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Crime Specialist certification from the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) and is expected to complete it in 2024.
