Hal Smith

Hal Smith is an accomplished Creative Director with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Currently serving as Creative Director at OxBlue since November 2020, Hal previously held the same title at Kleber & Associates from August 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing and mentoring creative teams, directing photography and videography, and leading brainstorming sessions. Prior to this, Hal worked at Leap Communications, Inc. (April 2004 - July 2014), Lucid Partners, Inc. (2000 - 2003), and Critt Graham + Associates (1989 - 1999), directing diverse marketing programs and projects from concept to delivery. Hal holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
