Ivanna Schmidtbauer

Ivanna Schmidtbauer is a dedicated professional with a strong background in sales operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at OxBlue, recognized as the 2023 Sales Ops Specialist of the Year and also noted as Partner Spotlight in February 2023, Ivanna has developed significant expertise since joining the company in March 2022. Prior to this role, Ivanna worked as a Receptionist and Sales Assistant at Mercedes-Benz of Athens, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and supporting sales processes. Experience at Kohl's as a Customer Service Representative and at Kean University as a Desk Service Representative further solidified strengths in customer interaction and operational efficiency.
