Emma Macaione

Emma Macaione is an Associate at The Oxbridge Group, an executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of top investment professionals globally since July 2022. Prior to this role, Emma gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Paradis Sport LLC, a start-up focused on performance undergarments for female athletes, and completed a brief position as a Summer Associate at Wheels Up. Additionally, Emma participated in the Management and Leadership Development Program at Dartmouth College, aimed at enhancing leadership and management skills. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Dartmouth College and has completed coursework at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Emma is a graduate of Agnes Irwin School.
