Zach Callaway

Zach Callaway has been working in the professional world since 2014. Zach'smost recent role is as an Operations Engineer at OxeFit, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Food Runner at Cowboys Club from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Server/Bartender at Lion and Crown. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Maintenance Worker at the Town of Northlake, where they maintained proper chlorination for public drinking water, installed water meters, and fixed main breaks in water lines. Before that, they were a Team Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2014 to 2015.

Zach Callaway attended Collin College from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Zach has also obtained four certifications from Zendesk, including Guide/Self-Service in April 2022, Explore/Analytics in March 2022, Agent Workspace in February 2022, and Foundational Support in February 2022.
