Hans-Juergen Runde

Hans-Juergen Runde is an accomplished executive in the pigments and colorants industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Oxerra Europe since January 2024. Previously, Runde held pivotal roles including Head of Marketing & Sales Europe at Heubach and Head of Pigment Sales Europe at Clariant. Prior experience includes Global Director at IMCD N.V., overseeing carbon black and various pigment products, and Head of Sales & Operations Europe at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., where Runde developed regional strategies and managed operations. Early career positions at Harold Scholz & Co. GmbH and Lanxess Deutschland GmbH involved marketing and product management, beginning with Bayer AG, where Runde contributed to product development and technical marketing for colorants.
