Kateryne Velazco

Kateryne Velazco is a dedicated professional with a strong background in education and communications. Currently serving as a Media and Public Relations Coordinator at Oxfam America since October 2022, Kateryne previously held various educational roles, including Teacher Assistant and Floater Assistant at Le Monde French Immersion Public Charter School, and Bilingual Assistant at L'Etoile French Immersion School. Kateryne’s experience extends to tutoring and language support, evident from positions like Independent Tutor at Varsity Tutors and English Language Assistant in the Teaching Assistant Program in France. A graduate of Lewis & Clark College with a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies, Kateryne also gained international experience through studies at the University of Strasbourg and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
