Diane Pueschel, MDev, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technologies and their application in human rights and development programming. Currently serving as Senior Global Program Manager for Digital in Programs at Oxfam America since October 2014, Diane leads the Digital in Programs practice, providing strategic leadership and fostering the integration of digital initiatives across Oxfam's global network. Previous roles include positions as Global Program Manager and Senior Program Advisor, where Diane excelled in developing digital transformation strategies, managing distributed teams across various countries, and enhancing programs related to food systems and humanitarian response. Diane's career also encompasses project management and operational support roles at organizations such as Open Learning Exchange and Mali Health Organizing Project, along with a foundational background in communications and international business development. Diane holds a Master's degree in International Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, French, and Spanish from Illinois State University.
