Mikheil Petrosyan

Mikheil Petrosyan is a seasoned Systems Analyst with extensive experience in CRM administration, particularly with Salesforce, at Oxfam America since September 2018. Responsibilities encompass user account management, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations to enhance system functionalities. Previous roles include Grants System Officer, where Mikheil coordinated grantmaking-related requests and developed visual reporting tools, and Practicum Fellow, providing data analysis support to the International Programs Department. Earlier experience includes positions at Brandeis University, The Princeton Review, and the Office of the NYC Public Advocate, demonstrating a solid foundation in operations, administration, and customer service. Mikheil holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Francis College. Additionally, Mikheil contributed to the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observer Mission in Georgia.
