Béatrice Vaugrante

Béatrice Vaugrante has a diverse work experience that includes leadership roles in various organizations. Béatrice is currently the Executive Director at Oxfam-Québec, where they lead the mission to combat climate, economic, and gender inequalities by promoting women's rights. Prior to that, they served as a Director at Amnesty International, where they focused on global movement building and strategic development. Béatrice has also held the position of Executive Director at Amnesty International Canada francophone. Béatrice has experience in the corporate sector as well, having worked in management and human resources roles at Fido Solutions and Hay Group. Their expertise lies in organizational development and human rights advocacy.

Béatrice Vaugrante obtained their MBA in Administration et gestion des affaires, général from HEC Paris in 1995.
