Jennifer MacKie

Jennifer Mackie currently serves as the Digital Project Lead at Oxford Biomedica since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Project Manager at Kohler Mira Ltd. from March 2021 to December 2022. Jennifer has also contributed to English Heritage as Contact Centre Strategy Manager and Customer Service Manager from August 2016 to October 2020, showcasing expertise in senior customer service leadership. Earlier in Jennifer's career, the role of Customer Services Application Manager and Customer Contact Team Manager was undertaken at Oxford City Council from April 2013 to August 2016. Jennifer holds a degree in English and History from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
