Clare Golden

Clare Golden is an accomplished urban design professional with extensive experience in planning and heritage management. Currently serving as Team Leader of Urban Design and Heritage at Oxford City Council since September 2017, Clare has held various positions across several councils, including Urban Design Officer at South and Vale District Councils and Team Leader of Development Control at Oxford City Council. Earlier roles include Principal Planner at Oxford City Council, Senior Planning Officer at Central Bedfordshire Council, and Assistant Conservation Officer at Bedford Borough Council. Clare's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors in City & Regional Planning from Cardiff University and a Master's degree in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University.
