Stephanie Nichols

Stephanie Nichols is an accomplished HR professional with over 35 years of experience across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Oxford City Council since November 2012, Stephanie initially joined on an interim basis and advanced to a permanent role, leading strategic and operational HR initiatives. Prior to this, Stephanie was the HR Manager and Company Director at DOCdata N.V., overseeing the HR function and reporting to the Board of Directors. Additional experience includes roles at Braywood Marketing Services, Armstrong Appointments, Plymouth University, and the Royal Navy. Stephanie holds multiple qualifications in Human Resources and Management from Oxford Brookes University and Abingdon College.
