Graham Richards is a distinguished figure in the field of chemistry and drug design, serving as Chairperson at Oxford Drug Design since 2001, focusing on innovative antibiotic development. Formerly, Graham was the Head of the Chemistry Department at the University of Oxford, where significant achievements included establishing the department as the largest in Europe and North America and spearheading a £64 million laboratory funding initiative. As a founding chairperson of OMass Therapeutics and in leadership roles at IP Group, Inc. and InhibOx, Graham contributed to advancements in biotechnology and intellectual property. Additionally, Graham founded Oxford Molecular Plc, transforming it into a highly valued enterprise. Education culminated in a DPhil and DSc in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
