Sarah Dempah

Sarah Dempah has extensive experience in the apparel and textile industry, currently serving as Traceability Manager and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Oxford Industries since March 2022. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Carters Inc., including Manager of Product Development and Commercialization, and worked at various companies such as BoConcept UK and Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh. Early career experiences include internships in product development and production at Gildan, Sachin and Babi, and Alice and Olivia, as well as serving as a Textile Research Assistant at the University of Delaware. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the University of Delaware and a Master's degree in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
