Kerry Holder

Kerry Holder is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Finance Director at Oxford International Education Group since December 2020, Kerry previously held roles as Finance Director and Financial Controller at Evans Cycles (UK) Ltd from November 2015 to December 2020. Prior experience includes directing operations at Ryker Management Services Ltd from October 2009 to October 2015, focusing on interim management for M&A transactions. Kerry began a career in finance at KPMG Corporate Finance, working as Associate Director from September 1997 to September 2009, specializing in M&A transactions and private equity.
