Mikaela Nyström

Mikaela Nyström is currently a Coach Mentor at Oxford Leadership. Mikaela has previous experience working as a Team Reflection at UPM from January 2013 to December 2014. Before that, they were a Coach at Fiskars from January 2009 to December 2013. From September 1995 to June 2010, they were the Head of Markets HRD and Leader of Nokia Competence Development and Learning Community at Nokia. Mikaela was also the HRD at Nokia from January 1995 to December 2010. Mikaela has also been a Mentee at Result Coaching Neuro Leadership from January 2013 to December 2013 and a FUTURE LEADERS at Outotec from January 2012 to December 2013.
