Angie Koupa

Angie Koupa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Angie currently serves as the Director of Technical Product Management at Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product at Outmatch (now Harver). Angie also held the role of Head of Product at LaunchPad Recruits (now part of Harver), where they played a significant role in the acquisition due diligence process and managed a team responsible for product development and delivery. Angie has also worked at Amazon as an Application Software Technical Lead and Engineer, where they led a team and automated support tasks to increase operational efficiency. Earlier in their career, they worked at Imagination Technologies as a Product Manager and Application Engineer, managing customer accounts and overseeing product integration and testing. Angie began their career at OTEplus, where they worked in Technical Support.

Angie Koupa obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2006 to 2012. In 2011 to 2012, they pursued an MSc Thesis in Electronic Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Additionally, they studied Computer Science at the University of Reading from 2009 to 2010. In terms of certifications, Angie obtained the "Hiring an Employee for Managers" certification from LinkedIn in January 2023 and acquired the "Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I)" certification from Scrum.org in July 2020.
